The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is proud to announce the recipients of a 2016 Love of Learning Award from Session B of the program. The awards help fund post-baccalaureate studies and career development for active Phi Kappa Phi members.

Fourteen Ithaca College student staff members of The Ithacan won first place in Best of Show for its website and fifth place Best of Show for its print edition at the Associated Collegiate Press convention.

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is proud to announce the 2016 Study Abroad Grant recipients for Session B. The grants, worth $1,000, were awarded to 26 students nationwide.

June J. Pilcher from Clemson University has been selected as the Volunteer Spotlight for November.

Emma Brodzik has been named the 2016 Connie Burns Scholarship Recipient. The award is dedicated to assisting and mentoring Georgia college and university students interested in a career path in recycling, composting, environmental practices and sustainability.

Leigh W. Cellucci from East Carolina University has been selected as the Volunteer Spotlight for October.

Youngstown State University mathematics students continued their winning ways at MathFest 2016 in Columbus, earning two awards for excellence.

The 2016 Biennial Convention was held July 28-30 in Atlanta, Ga., and brought together more than 300 attendees including chapter officers, board members, staff and guests from across the nation.

Valarie Burke frmo the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, has been selected as the Volunteer Spotlight for August.

Phi Kappa Phi is proud to announce the recipients of a 2016 Fellowship. The prestigious $5,000 fellowships were awarded to 51 students nationwide.

Phi Kappa Phi recently named the recipients of its 2015 Marcus L. Urann Fellowships. The prestigious $15,000 fellowships were awarded to six students nationwide.

Donna Van Bodegraven of Elon University has been selected as the Volunteer Spotlight for July.

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is proud to announce its 2016 Literacy Grant recipients. The grants of up to $2,500 were awarded to Phi Kappa Phi chapters and individual members to fund literacy initiatives.

Between February and April this spring, the Phi Kappa Phi Council of Students hosted its third annual Book Drive Competition. As part of the contest, 19 chapters across the country hosted drives to collect as many books as possible for an organization of their choice.

In June 2016, graduate students from Miami University's Project Dragonfly will travel from throughout the U.S. to Africa, Asia, Australia and the Americas to engage in action projects on vital human and ecological issues.

David Dampier of Mississippi State University has been selected as the Volunteer Spotlight for June.

Valdosta State University is proud to offer scholarships to 303 currently enrolled, incoming first-year, and transfer students for the 2016-2017 academic year. These scholarships were established by private donors and are awarded each year by VSU Foundation Inc. to students with excellent academic achievement and/or students with financial need. Each recipient represents the high standards of the university.

Dr. Pamela Youngblood has been selected as the 2016-2018 Phi Kappa Phi Artist for her accomplishments as a musician, professor and campus leader.
